This policy explains what Vorakai, Lda. collects when you use VORAZONE.COM and why.
What we collect
Your email address, your order history, your account details if you create one, and the country and IP address of your requests. Card details are entered at the payment provider and never reach us.
Why we collect it
To deliver your keys, send your receipt and vault link, check whether a key works in your region, prevent fraud, and keep evidence of delivery and key reveals in case of a payment dispute.
Who we share it with
Our payment providers (Stripe, Midtrans, Xendit and UnionPay) process your payment. Kinguin supplies the keys and receives the order number, never your card details. Cloudflare protects the site and sees your IP address.
How long we keep it
Order and reveal records are kept for as long as accounting and dispute rules require. Keys are stored encrypted. You can ask us to close your account at any time.
Cookies
We use cookies only to keep your cart, your sign-in and your language. We do not use advertising cookies.
