These terms apply to every purchase on VORAZONE.COM, which is operated by Vorakai, Lda., a company registered in Dili, Timor-Leste.
What we sell
We sell digital activation keys for games and software. A key is a code you redeem on the platform named on the product page, such as Steam, Xbox or PlayStation. Keys are supplied by our wholesale partner Kinguin.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and include the key. The payment fee of the method you choose is shown before you pay. Some payment methods charge in Indonesian rupiah at the rate shown on the payment page. Prices are held for 15 minutes once you review your cart.
Delivery
After your payment is confirmed, your key is delivered to your vault on VORAZONE.COM, usually within a minute. We email you a link to your vault, never the key itself. If a key is temporarily out of stock after payment, we deliver it as soon as it is available or refund you.
Regions
Many keys only activate in certain countries. The product page names each key's region. If we detect that you are outside it, we ask you to confirm before you pay, and we record that confirmation.
Revealing a key
A key is hidden in your vault until you choose to reveal it. When you reveal it, we record the time and your IP address. A revealed key counts as delivered and used.
Your account
Keep your password private. You are responsible for purchases made with your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or chargeback abuse.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are not affected.
