Refund Policy

Digital keys cannot be returned once used, so refunds follow these rules.
Keys we could not deliver
If we cannot deliver a key you paid for, you get a full refund to your original payment method.
Keys that do not work
If a key you revealed is rejected by the platform, contact us within 7 days with a screenshot of the error. We replace the key or refund it after checking with our supplier.
Unrevealed keys
You can ask for a refund of a key you have not revealed within 14 days of purchase.
Revealed keys
A revealed key that works cannot be refunded, including when you bought the wrong platform or region after confirming the region notice.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back through the payment method you used. Banks usually take 5 to 10 working days to show them. Payment fees are refunded with the key.
